On your first visit, we discuss how we can work together to meet your needs.
We then discuss your life experiences, tough decisions, relationships, your home and work / life balance – basically anything that’s blocking your path.
As a therapist, my style of therapy is not a one-size-fits-all solution. My approach to our therapy sessions is to support you and equip you with the right set of tools to help you not only achieve your goals, but learn how to deal with similar struggles in the future. That is your journey, special to you. You are at the centre of the discussion and those techniques and how we work through your issues applying them, are for you alone.
I welcome clients with a range of personal difficulties – whether expressed through anxiety, stress or depression – and all my clients receive high-quality, professional care. Crucially, it is tailored to meet your individual needs, supporting positive change in your life.
