As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I’ve achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the organisation and I’ve trained in several psychological models. This is important for you to know, as I practice at a high professional standard.
I believe strongly in professional development within the field of psychotherapeutic work – thus my continuing post-qualifying training!

I have experience of working with clients from a great diversity of backgrounds, ages, sexualities and cultures.
I have also worked for a variety of different organisations in the charitable, public and private health sectors, as well as within the NHS and Westminster Mind (a mental health charity). This has given me invaluable experience dealing with a vast range of issues.
